Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Template Usage

Authors must use the official journal template when preparing their manuscripts.

2. Manuscript Submission

  • All manuscripts must be submitted through the online Editorial System by one of the contributing authors.
  • Only online submissions are accepted to streamline the review process and reduce administrative costs.
  • Submissions by individuals other than the listed authors will not be considered.
  • The submitting author is responsible for the manuscript throughout the submission and peer-review process.
  • In case of technical difficulties with the submission system, authors should contact the Editorial Office for assistance.

3. Submission Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.
  • The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors approve the submission.
  • If the research is affiliated with an institution, the necessary institutional approvals must be obtained before submission.
  • The official acknowledgment from the editorial office determines the manuscript's acceptance date.
  • Further correspondence, including proofs, will be sent to the corresponding author unless stated otherwise.
  • Editors reserve the right to make readability improvements to the manuscript.
  • Only one paper per author or author team can be included in a single journal issue.
  • Multiple simultaneous submissions from the same author/team will be automatically rejected.
  • Additional publications from the same author(s) must be submitted only after the previous one is published.
  • Sequential parts of the same study will not be accepted.
  • A maximum of two papers from the same author(s) can be published in a single journal volume (per year).
  • The journal only considers original research and review papers.
  • Systematic review papers, questionnaire-based studies, or survey analyses will not be considered for publication.

4. Plagiarism Check with Turnitin

  • Submitted manuscripts undergo a similarity check using Turnitin to detect plagiarism.
  • The overall similarity index must not exceed 25%, and similarity with any single source must not exceed 5%.
  • Manuscripts exceeding these limits will be immediately rejected, with no resubmission opportunity.

5. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be arranged as follows:

  1. Title
  2. Full author names (First and Last Name, no initials)
  3. Affiliations (Institution’s complete postal address, including Department, University, Street, Postal Code, City, Country, and Email)
  4. Abstract
  5. Keywords
  6. Main text
  7. Acknowledgments (if applicable)
  8. References
  • The main text must not include additional formatting (e.g., multi-column layouts, headers, or footers).
  • No nomenclature list or abbreviations section—all terms should be defined within the text.
  • A recommendation section is not allowed in the manuscript.

6. Article Length

  • The total manuscript length, including tables and figures, must not exceed 20 pages in A4 format (covered by standard publication fees).
  • Longer manuscripts require editorial approval and additional fees.

7. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review to ensure academic excellence.
  • Manuscripts will be reviewed by anonymous reviewers whose identities remain confidential.

8. Units of Measurement

  • Authors must use SI (International System of Units) throughout the manuscript.

9. Abstract Guidelines

  • Every manuscript must include an abstract, which should:
    • Be self-contained and free of citations.
    • Not exceed 360 words (200 words recommended).
    • Clearly summarize the research objective, materials, methodology, results, and key findings.
    • Avoid abbreviations and unclear references.

10. Acknowledgments

  • If applicable, acknowledgments should appear before the reference list.
  • They may include details of funding, collaborations, or contributions from individuals or institutions.

11. References

  • The IEEE citation style is required.
  • DOI numbers (formatted as links: https://doi.org/) must be included if available.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring reference accuracy.
  • References must be cited in order of appearance using square brackets ([1], [2]).

12. Figures & Tables

Figures

  • Figures must be submitted as separate electronic files in bitmap format (TIFF, JPEG, GIF, etc.).
  • Minimum resolution: 300 dpi.
  • Color images are preferred over black-and-white.
  • Figures must be numbered in the order of appearance (e.g., Figure 1, Figure 2a, Figure 2b).
  • The figure title and caption should be included in the main text.

Tables

  • Tables must be cited in numerical order within the text.
  • Each table must have a descriptive title and include units of measurement in column headers.

13. Equations

  • Equations must be numbered sequentially on the right side (e.g., Equation (1)).
  • When referring to an equation in the text, capitalize and abbreviate it as "Eq. (1)", unless it starts a sentence.
  • Symbols for physical quantities should be in italics, while algebraic symbols should remain upright.

14. Proofs & Corrections

  • Authors must return corrected proofs within 2–3 days after receiving them.
  • The publisher aims for rapid publication, so compliance with journal formatting rules from the beginning is essential.

15. Copyright Policy

  • Open Access authors retain copyright to their papers.
  • All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution license, allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction as long as proper credit is given.

16. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

  • Conflicts may include financial, professional, or personal interests that could affect the research.
